There comes a point in every entrepreneurial startup when you realise you have hired someone who doesn’t actually care about the business.

In my experience, this is generally when a company reaches 30-50 employees.

People come to you, pass the interview process and say the right things, but the truth is they are there for the money.

Your dream is not their dream.

This is when some entrepreneurial leaders realise that the people side is most critical and that growth brings problems.

It has been a full week of leadership training and coaching. The question arises, “How do you make people as passionate about our business as we are?”

Why do you think you have to?
