My thoughts today are on taboo topics – specifically, death, sex, and money.

This is because I start a three-week exploration of these topics with renowned psychotherapist Esther Perel.

I have listened to her podcast for several years (thanks Emma).

I learned a lot by listening to her approach to therapy with couples, and more recently in the workplace.

And now I get to explore taboo subjects with her in a series of workshops, for which I have preparation and homework!

It hasn’t started and yet it has been an interesting thought exercise as I prepare.
