I haven’t used an Oprah quote before, and this one has been on my list for a while.
Today felt like a good day to use it, I have been making choices recently, some of them difficult.
Making choices can seem hard because there is more than a rational process at work.
Overcoming our core beliefs and feelings is very challenging.
Yet some of our core beliefs are not ours at all, they were given to us.
