One of the things I enjoy is reading the obituaries in The Times (newspaper, London).
Yes, I read a printed paper every day, it is part of my morning ritual.
The obits are full of treasure, the lives of other people, some well-known, some obscure.
Their lives are summarised in one page of a newspaper.
The life of Bruce Ropner really struck a chord for me this week.
A man who, amongst many other things, built a cricket ground and a racing car circuit.
Someone who we can say inherited wealth and used it to live life to the full and bring his passion for life to other people.
And he knew Lord Lucan.
