The day arrives.
There was a time when I travelled into London two or three times a week to meet clients.
I last did this on March 6th 2020, and I last travelled to London on March 14th 2020 for a concert at The Barbican Centre.
Nine days after that a national lockdown started, and I have worked from home and rarely left ever since.
Today I will be giving an annual talk at London Business School on the psychological impact of entrepreneurship.
The audience will be their exec MBA students on the entrepreneurship summer school.
This is the fourth year I have done this and I really enjoy it.
I have to admit though, I have been a little uncertain about travelling.
I am fully vaccinated, will wear a mask when appropriate to do so, and will avoid crowds.
I am sure it will be fine and I can walk from Marylebone station to the School so no need to take a bus or tube journey.
Londoners are probably laughing – they do this every day.
The first step is the hardest right?
