Thought for today:

‘Curiosity is, in great and generous minds, the first passion and the last.’

The great man of letters was constantly curious.

I sometimes invite my clients to be curious about things.

To embrace other people’s views rather than reject them.

To try to avoid the assumptions and biases and embrace with curiosity, even if they feel they know they are “right”

It is no easy thing – to be curious is one thing but to embrace what you discover can be challenging.

The words “curious” and “curiosity” came up a lot yesterday, a sort of echoing theme for the day.

With clients, in sales training I was leading and in a study group I was a member of.

It was a curious day of curious discovery.

What have you discovered by being curious? (no cat comments!)
