Today I am teaching.
Or as I prefer to say, enabling learning to happen.
In the process there are seeds that are bursting forth in front of me.
And others that remain dormant, fearing the change, fearing the danger of personal growth.
Carol Dweck wrote a good book on this called Mindset.
As an educator she realised that mindset was the key to growth and learning.
Encouraging it is good.
So today I am teaching mindset to a group with a wide range of mindsets!
