Thought for today:

‘The most beautiful discovery true friends make is that they can grow separately without growing apart.’

Friends I haven’t spoken to for years have started to emerge and make contact.

This coming week I intend to do the same – reach out, make contact and reconnect.

The circle of people I connect with on a weekly basis (not clients) has shrunk during the lockdown.

And this week has reminded me how much I have missed those connections – how much I value them.

With four book projects in the mill and a change of direction coming into focus I have been preoccupied.

As the lockdown in England eases it is time to bring back a bit of focus on socialising.

There is no doubt the weather has also helped lift the mood.

It has been one of the driest Aprils on record (since 1938) and possibly the driest if we get no rain this week as forecast.

Cold nights, pleasantly cool days and plenty of sunshine.

If you are a regular reader, let me know, reach out – let’s make contact and give updates in person instead of through social media!
