Thought for today:

‘Speak when you are angry and you will make the best speech you will ever regret.’

What makes you angry?

Anger can be a useful barometer, which you can learn to read.

Your own anger indicates to you that something is not quite right.

When anger becomes irrational we call it rage, and sometimes the smallest thing will tip someone over.

This is their “anger bucket” filling to the brim.

A client asks, “How do I control that?”

I reply, “You can learn how to not put things in your bucket, or learn how to drain it quicker, or both.”

Then the work begins.
