This is return to work week for me, although I don’t have any client work until Wednesday.
I do have a massive amount of reading and writing to do in preparation for management training I am running this year.
This time last year I wouldn’t have thought I would be working with clients on four continents.
Or running online management training classes (supported by coaching/counselling).
So I am very motivated to do my best to get this right.
Today that means applying the 6Ps rule.
Prior preparation prevents pretty poor performance.
