Being nice to people who are not nice is difficult.

Why should we bother when they are not nice to us?

Because someone has to start – and that’s how we win.

I found this yesterday on eBay with an aggressive buyer.

Responding calmly, assertively, but nicely I found that he changed his tone.

Still didn’t buy though!
