I am now more than half way through my latest accredited training – Global Team Coaching. Yesterday we did a practical session – 4 coaches working together to practice the techniques for co-inquiry as part of a longer team coaching engagement. The diverse nature of the 700 students from all around the world is inspiring – I’m loving it!
