Becoming A Manager
An experiential training course for new and recently appointed managers.
Over five modules you will discover how managers develop their own personal style by making specific decisions about how to manage tasks and people.
These decisions will be constrained by what is legally, ethically and corporately acceptable and then further refined by your own personal preferences and the needs of your team.
You will be working in small study groups, learning to discuss, debate and disagree about most elements of management.
There is no single right way – every manager is different!
