Change is inevitable, and once we accept that, we can embrace it.
Unexpected changes, especially significant ones, can be quite shocking.
Yet all change has opportunity embedded within it.
One of my tutors used to say, “All change involves loss, and all loss involves grief.”
I have no doubt this is true and hints at something else.
All change involves opportunity, and the excitement that opportunity to try something new can bring.
Trying something new brings learning, and learning brings growth.
Experience is what you get from trying new things, making mistakes, and learning.
Doing the same thing for 30 years does not necessarily give you 30 years of experience.
