📅 Thought for today:
‘People don’t realize that now is all there ever is; there is no past or future except as memory or anticipation in your mind.’
— Eckhart Tolle

yesterday was a day to recharge my batteries after a very intense three days of training in London.
At the same time, I was able to process and explore new ways of thinking.
Supervision is just not the right name for the practice, yet nobody I know has a better word.
It is well understood by coaches and counsellors, therapists and sometimes teachers and medical professionals.
Yet it is relevant to all workplaces and all relationships between people.
In many ways it is starting to feel like dark matter – there is a lot of it, it isn’t visible, and it makes a big difference.
Today I am just staying with the present moment, If yesterday was reflection, and tomorrow is the start of a busy work week, today is about how I feel in the moment. That obviously calls for bread making. It also calls for writing and developing some ideas. I will let the day unfold as it will, without much direction from me.
My main nugget of thought today is developing ideas around the difference between being fearless and fearing less, having less fear. What would that make room for?
