📅 Thought for today:
‘Intuition is a spiritual faculty and does not explain, but simply points the way.’

Letting go of the need for “rational thought” and allowing yourself to sense a situation is intuition.
A spiritual ability which is a core component of my work as a therapist, coach and supervisor.
When the intuition is strong, I can sense what needs to be said, and after saying it, do know the words.
This probably sounds strange to many people, and of course, that’s their right.
For me, it is an important element to develop through practice.
And yesterday, in our supervision tutorial, it came up.
Not just with the demonstrations by the leader of the tutorial.
I was sitting in a room of empaths, sensing the emotions in the room.
And at one critical moment, the room was full of love for someone who was finding things difficult.
This was not rationalised, or spoken, just felt.
We humans have more faculties than we utilise.
