It has been a rollercoaster of a week.
Some painful moments, some hard client sessions, some moments of doubt.
Yet some huge highs – bringing friends and family together on Zoom was great fun and very uplifting.
And some fabulous client sessions – both coaching and therapy, hugely affirming.
Everyone has highs and lows, every day, all the time.
So I accept this as all a gift – things to learn and things to say quietly to myself, “that was good work”.
It has also been hot and sunny – great outdoors, not so great in my office working over Zoom.
So it is a relief to get to the weekend and see some rain.
Watching committed little raindrops fulfil their destiny!
