It is early May in England and the nights have returned to frosty.

After the coldest and driest April ever, early May has been wet and the temperatures have dropped again.

It is not so unusual, yet we love to talk about the weather and act as if it is rare.

Walking this morning the air was cold and patches of frost appeared in low spots.

Resilience, grit, and determination are regular topics of conversation with clients.

I am curious about this quote, I think it is true for me, is it true for you?
