Have you ever run out of creativity?

I have heard people say, “I’ve run out of ideas”, but they don’t really mean that.

Just that they are heavily filtering their ideas (“too radical”, “won’t work”).

The more I create, the more I want to create.

There is a real joy in creating something new, and finding out whether others think it is useful.

For me, in this moment, it is new training for managers.

I love it so much I have to keep myself in check, my ideas do run away from me!
