What baggage do we all carry from our past, that affects our ability to be happy in the present?
This comes up so frequently that I’m writing a book about it.
With clients, their anxiety about the future is naturally heightened at the moment.
I understand their distress and disturbance.
Being present in the moment is a key element of Mindfulness.
I don’t often use my Mindfulness training in my work.
Maybe I should, helping myself stay in the present.
Being, not doing.
I post a quote and some thoughts every day and have done for 32 weeks (so far).
