Everyday I get a steady stream of LinkedIn connection requests from people who say they will transform my business.

Some describe themselves as talented, some even go as far as guru – none have used genius (yet).

I am often reminded of this quote by these people.

They seem to think talent is scatter gunning social media trawling for business.

If you are that talented, why do you need to?

If that is your talent, why do some many other people do exactly the same thing?
